I believe in one-on-one sessions with all my students, creating lesson plans specific to the learner. I believe in the saying "There are many ways to get to the correct answer" it is just a matter of finding the right one for you. I don't believe in aggressive tutoring, every student has their own way of understanding things, being too hard on them doesn't help, it has come to my attention that children perform better when they are comfortable
