About Andrea
Personalized services are my key strategy, many big box personal trainers have a one size fits all approach to fitness. I believe that fitness is a progression that needs constant attention and monitoring as our bodies change and adapt to what we expose it to. As I design diets and exercise routines for my clients, I keep a close watch not only on their weight, measurements, and progress. I also focus on their mental well-being and self-confidence, as well as monitoring their recovery times. Most people are well within their natural abilities to be the best version of themselves, I am here to coach and push them to succeed!
