About Rachael
Hi! I'm Rachael, an English tutor with a difference!
As well as an English tutor, I am a professional musician, so I combine my love of performance with tutoring to create engaging lessons to help boost your confidence.
I have been teaching English for 6 years now, having worked in schools for the past 5 years. Student success includes: 11+ success, GSCE success and general classroom attainment levels rising. My biggest success has to be with a voluntary position in Leeds, in which I helped to tutor GCSE students for whom English was a second language. All students passed the GCSE exam, with most having been predicted a U by previous teachers. This was a huge success for the self confidence of these young people.

When I tutor you, my aim is to help raise your self confidence, creating an environment based on mutual respect. I encourage you to learn from mistakes, walking beside you and helping you to achieve your goals.
