About Brian
I am a songwriter and guitar player. I like to try teach others how to break through that songwriting hurdle and start allowing your innerspeaker to ramble its way into happy accidents.
Music is meant to be from the soul, so there is no wrong way. But you really dont need to know a lot to start.
I was writing songs from the jump, and they sucked. But it sucks more thinking about how sucky it would be to have never tried.

My teaching methods are simple.
Pick up the guitar, play, learn a few chords, put them together. Listen to your favourite songs to get an idea how you can develop while having as much fun as possible. Get into the groove with just playing from within as opposed to "theory" styled playing. Which is boring.
That being said, learning the time and place to learn is essential.
I am ADHD, so my learning experience was purely because i love music. I couldn’t take on board much of the technical stuff. But i learned that it was important to try.If you want to have a session with me. I operate from Glasgow City Centre in a studio on Saturdays and Sundays.
