About Parameshwari
My coaching style is goal-oriented, supportive, and adaptable—whether you’re a beginner looking to get fit or someone aiming to improve athletic performance. I’ve worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, helping many achieve lasting fat loss, improved energy, and better movement quality without crash diets or extreme workouts. Functional Strength & Conditioning
This class is designed to help you build real-world strength, improve movement efficiency, and boost overall fitness through a balanced mix of strength training and conditioning.
What to Expect:
Full-body strength workouts using compound movements (squats, lunges, presses, pulls)
Core stability and mobility drills to enhance posture and prevent injuries
Functional movements that mimic daily activities and sports performance
Conditioning circuits to improve stamina and burn fat
