About the lesson

My lessons are shaped according to the demands of my students.
I teach hatha, vinyasa or yin yoga classes.
The first 10 minutes of my 1-hour class are centered and warm up, 30 minutes are practice flow, 10 minutes are cooling and stretching, and the last minute is breathing practice, meditation and savasana.
We perform a pleasant practice in which we return to ourselves, approach with compassion.
