About Naomi
Yoga and meditation lover and addict.
I have been practicing them both for 10 years, and am graduated from a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training,
I offer gentle and kind yoga classes, inspired by Vinyasa and Vishranta yoga.
I was trained by Steph from Yoga & Ayurveda School, who, benefiting from 25 years of experience, allowed me to approach the pedagogy, the transmission of yoga with a lot of benevolence and know-how.

My classes are described by my students as "soothing" and "regenerative". By mixing breathing exercises, postures and guided meditations, I offer a real experience, which revitalizes.
The sessions last 1h or 1h30 and are accessible to all (regardless of level or experience).
Individual lessons can be prepared together beforehand, if you wish to work on a particular theme (the strength of a muscle, the flexibility of a joint or a more general theme such as anxiety or sleep, which we can improve thanks to Yoga nidra in particular.)

Details
Group class are 1h30 and 10e per person. 4 person mimum, 9 max (so I can be sure I have time to come to everyone specifically).
Classes takes place outside if the weather is good enough, in the shades of a nice park, and inside of a building in "Près d'Arènes" area if it is rainy or too cold.
