About Tünde [EN, DE, HU]
I am a certified intimate yoga instructor with a background in education and psychology. As a former competitive athlete, I understand both the power and the vulnerability of the human body – and the importance of treating it with care and compassion.
In my sessions, I combine anatomical knowledge with a trauma-informed and body-positive approach. My aim is to help women reconnect with their bodies, rebuild trust, and discover their inner strength – gently, playfully, and at their own pace.
What sets me apart is my deep understanding of the subtle physical and emotional processes connected to the pelvic floor and feminine energy. I teach with heart, clarity, and a keen awareness of each individual’s needs.

Intimate Yoga for Women (in Munich or Online)
My intimate yoga sessions are designed for women of all ages who wish to (re)connect with their pelvic floor and femininity in a mindful, healing, and empowering way – regardless of fitness level or previous experience.
I use a trauma-informed, body-positive, and resource-oriented approach, focusing on physical and emotional well-being. Each class is gently structured and includes breathing exercises, targeted pelvic floor activation, soft mobility work, and relaxation with mindful body awareness.
A typical class includes:
• Grounding and gentle arrival
• Breathwork and awareness practices
• Pelvic floor-focused movement
• Deep relaxation and reflection
What makes my teaching unique is the combination of psychological knowledge, a degree in education, and personal experience. I support each participant with empathy and care, creating a safe space where every woman can feel seen, heard, and respected.
These classes are ideal for women who:
• Want to strengthen their pelvic floor
• Wish to rebuild trust in their body
• Are healing after childbirth, trauma, or hormonal changes
Each session is a safe space to reconnect, grow, and rediscover your inner strength – gently and at your own pace.

• A guggolás és hídpóz után friss és energikus voltam – mintha újra aktiválódott volna bent valami.
• A meditáció és mantra különösen megnyugtató este – segít elaludni és nyugodtabban pihenni.

She will provide you with detailed information required. Meanwhile, she try her best to understand your capacity and will focus on weak points to develop it. I highly recommend her. I had learned swimming skills from her, the way she trains, I have managed to overcome my fear of water and better my swimming skills.

Tünde is an enthusiastic and dedicated intim yoga teacher. Last year after being diagnosed with a polyp in the uterus I turned to her for help. She listened to me carefully and put together a tailor-made training plan. I believe that this contributed greatly to the disappearance of the polyp and thanks to Tünde and her plan I could avoid surgery.
