My name is Maurvi Sharma and I am a passionate, disciplined yoga practitioner dedicated to helping others experience the transformative power of traditional yoga.My journey into yoga started as a deeply committed student. Over years of consistent daily practice, I immersed myself in the study of traditional Hatha yoga, learning the precise alignments of Asanas, the science of Pranayama (breathwork), and the purification techniques of Shatkarma.
