About Mokshiva
I am Soledad and I have been interested in yoga since I suffered an ankle injury at the age of 21. Little by little I was deepened in practice and philosophy. I was discovering and living the benefits of Yoga in my day to day. It has helped me to live with more patience and kindness, mainly towards myself, and consequently towards others.
What I like the most about teaching is being able to help others to improve their lives in one way or another .

I am interested in providing personalized attention to people whose physical condition is not at its best and whose mood is also down.
Yoga helps you in various existential issues, from the physical; increases strength, balance, flexibility, elasticity, endurance, and so on. Until developing your spirituality and / or calming your psycho-emotional state. Helps self-knowledge and improve self-concept. Improves concentration.
Definitely, Yoga gives you techniques that will help you to flow with the changes that life naturally has.

- Classes with posture sequences, guided breathing to obtain maximum benefits.

- You only need 1 yoga mat and a space of at least 2x1mt
