About Richie
Hi, I’m Richard Jordan a 22 year old university student majoring in sports science and nutrition. I am based in London and have been training 6 years.
I’ve been into fitness since I was 16 years old and I’m now 22. It’s something I love to do and I have greatly enjoyed myself over the years. I feel like everyone in life has room for improvement no matter how small it may be and I’d love to be able to add value and solutions to the people that need it most.

I love to first find out what my students goals are and what they’re trying to achieve and from that evaluation I can put together a workout, meal plan and fitness hacks that can CHANGE THEIR LIFE! I understand every body type is different and people work at a different pace so I’m always happy to work around peoples schedules and needs.
