Hi, I’m Anjali, a certified yoga instructor with a Bachelor's degree in Yoga Science and currently completing my Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC). Yoga is not just something I teach — it's how I live, heal, and grow. My journey began with a deep interest in natural healing, especially through yoga, pranayama, and lifestyle changes. I’ve personally experienced how yoga can transform your body, mind, and energy — and I bring that same healing energy into every class.
