About Nader
I am a lifelong competitive swimmer and the founder of Paragon Athletics UAE, driven by a passion for making high-quality sports coaching accessible to everyone. I began swimming competitively at the age of four and continue to compete today in open-water and masters events, earning over 110 career medals and representing my club in multiple World Championships in Greece, Dubai, and Thailand. Alongside my athletic journey, I have built Paragon Athletics into a multi-sport coaching platform with a team of freelance trainers serving families, VIP clients, and communities across the UAE. My coaching style is structured, supportive, and rooted in decades of experience, helping swimmers of all ages and levels grow in confidence, technique, and performance.

I teach a full range of swimming lessons for beginners, intermediate swimmers, triathletes, adults, and kids, with each session tailored to the swimmer’s level and goals.
For beginners, I focus on water confidence, safety, and building strong fundamentals.
For intermediate swimmers, I refine technique, breathing, and efficiency to help them progress smoothly.
For triathletes, I provide structured endurance training, open-water skills, pacing strategies, and stroke optimization to improve race performance.
Whether it’s a child taking their first strokes or an adult preparing for a competition, every lesson is designed to be clear, supportive, and fully customized to their needs.
