About Anthony
Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, build strength and balance, recover from an injury, relieve stress, or simply feel better in your body, I tailor each session to help you achieve your goals. My teaching draws from yoga as well as calisthenics, boxing, and other athletic disciplines, creating classes that develop practical movement, body awareness, and long-term physical health.
I am a certified yoga teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience and 15 years of dedicated personal practice. My training spans Hatha, Yin, and Kundalini Yoga, giving me a broad foundation to adapt each lesson to the needs of the individual student.
Beyond teaching private lessons, I run yogaphysique, where I create educational content on YouTube that breaks down yoga and movement in a clear and accessible way. I have taught in gyms, studios, businesses, universities, and one-on-one settings, always aiming to make yoga practical, engaging, and relevant to everyday life.

Every class is tailored to your experience level and personal goals. Whether you want to become more flexible, improve posture, build strength and balance, reduce pain, manage stress, or simply move better, each lesson is designed with a clear purpose and measurable progress.
My teaching focuses on building strong foundations and functional movement. Rather than simply copying poses, you’ll learn how each posture should feel in your body through clear explanations, body awareness, and visualization. Breathwork and meditation are integrated throughout the practice to improve focus, reduce stress, and help you move with greater control.
I am certified in Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga, with over 10 years of teaching experience and 15 years of personal practice. I have taught in gyms, studios, businesses, and universities including York, Osgoode, Toronto Metropolitan University, and Humber. My goal is to help every student develop a practice that is enjoyable, sustainable, and supports both physical and mental well-being.
