With over three decades of project management expertise, including a robust background in facilitating Agile and Scrum digital transformations spanning 16 years, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. Holding certifications in SAFE and CSM, I've spearheaded transformations for Fortune 500 companies, as well as within federal and software development sectors.
My approach focuses on cultivating an agile environment that fosters psychological safety, deep collaboration among team members, radical transparency, and a continuous feedback loop to ensure alignment with stakeholders. While I strive to adhere to agile principles, I understand the need to adapt to meet organizational objectives, leveraging meeting cadences and tools to align with business needs.
