As a life long coach potato I began training 5 years ago and it quickly became a passion of mine. I believe that everyone can benefit greatly from some sort of fitness program. I enjoy using the knowledge I’ve gained over the years to help anyone who has decided to embark on their fitness journey navigate it in the best way possible.

My passion in fitness is to bring beginners to a point of self-sufficiency as quickly as possible. Regardless of your goals I will impart to you the know-how required to effectively train for those goals and help you overcome those initial psychological hurdles.
The range of goals I can help you with are quite broad. Whether its muscle hypertrophy, fat loss, flexibility/mobility, aerobic fitness, strength, power or sport specific training I will walk you through a program tailored to you. At the same time I will explain to you the principles behind that programme so that you will be able to execute things for yourself far into the future!
SPECIAL OFFER: As I am starting out building an online client base I am offering my first 10 clients a rate of £15/hour for up to four sessions, £30/hour thereafter.
