About Vera
I bring 2 years of programming and software tutoring experience, guiding students across both academic and professional goals. My main areas of expertise are Python, Java, and C++, along with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I believe coding should be taught with real-world relevance, so I use practical examples in every session. My lessons are interactive, with live coding demonstrations that simplify tough concepts. I focus on encouraging independent thinking in my programming lessons. While I provide clear explanations, I also ask learners to solve problems on their own. I guide them with hints and structured approaches, but I avoid giving direct answers too quickly. This builds problem-solving skills and resilience. Debugging exercises are used to train independent reasoning, teaching learners to investigate issues logically. For exam learners, I design practice sessions where they solve questions under timed conditions. For project learners, I encourage them to plan, design, and test their own applications. Each session creates space for exploration and creativity. I provide support when needed, but I push students to think critically about their code. Over time, learners become more confident in tackling new challenges independently. My goal is to produce programmers who can solve problems without always needing step-by-step guidance.
