About Gordon

Hello, I’m Gordon, an Open University Mathematics and Physics student progressing to third-year undergraduate study. I enjoy helping students gain confidence by making challenging topics easier to understand through clear, logical explanations. I teach mathematics and physics from GCSE and National 5 up to A-Level, Advanced Higher and selected first-year university topics. My aim is to create a supportive, patient learning environment where students can improve their understanding, problem-solving skills and exam performance.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to your individual needs, with clear step-by-step explanations, worked examples and exam-style questions to support your learning. Whether you need help with homework, revision or building confidence, I’ll help you understand the “why” behind each answer, not just memorise the method.
