About Marissa
I have a degree in Psychology from Trinity College in Hartford, CT. While studying there, I was a teaching assistant for the Neuroscience and Psychology departments, for classes ranging in size from 25-50. Adept at both group and one on one tutoring. I love brains!

When tutoring and conducting review sessions, I always try to cater my teaching style to the student or client. I am aware that some learn verbally, others visually, and still others by comparative example. I have heard that my drawings of action potentials and the visual system were solely responsible for some students passing Brain & Behavior (PSYC 261); perhaps they were simply over the top enough to keep students' attention? Not ruling it out.
