About Phoenix
I studied composition at the Royal College of Music Junior Department until 2022, where I took theory grades up to grade 8. From September 2025, I will be studying a master's in composition at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, following graduating from a physics degree at the University of Birmingham. During my degree, I was involved in orchestras and choirs, and was on three society committees.

I have taken theory grades up to grade 8 theory. I expect to mainly be teaching grade 5 theory to people of any age, with lessons of around 45 minutes. I am also happy to also teach other theory grades, and also to teach composition, both as part of theory, for other exams (such as for GCSE or A level) and on its own.
