I am a professional artist and as such I realize not everyone is as enthusiastic as myself when it comes to art. I am looking to make your experience calm and peaceful where art is concerned. I am looking forward to meeting you and helping you discover some creative ways to navigate your emotions, thoughts and feelings into artwork; so that you may heal. I Fun and creative activities to help relax the mind, from watercolor painting to sketching. The lessons will help relax your mind and help focus on creating art. I believe that breathing exercises help balance the mind and encourage before the art process starts. It is important to remember I am not here to judge your artwork and will not do so. This is a safe space for you to heal from outside worries and traumas. Lastly, the first lesson will be an assessment on what you know and feel about art. With 1-3 short exercises to help you in the next lesson.
