I became the Dean of the College of Nursing at the age of 27 so being an educator is part of my life. I liked the fact that I am able to become the reason why my students pass their board exams.

I became an educator after I graduated from College. I was told that when I taught a certain subject I didn't just teach it, I made sure that they understood the subject before moving on the next topic. I drilled them so that they were able to memorize the topic being taught
