About Vidhya
Hai, I am Vidhya S, Teacher, choreographer and a performer of dance. A Bharatanatyam Postgraduate, a trained Mohiniyattam dancer and Doordarsan accredited B grade artist. Currently working as part time dance faculty at Saila Sudha Dance Academy, Chennai. Also specializing in Kuchipudi Under Guru Kalaimamani Sailaja for more than 10 years now.
Experience in both online and offline teaching with more than 30 Students.
Expertise in choreography, training students for live performance.
As a teacher, I believe in conditioning your mind, body and soul to the art. The classes hence start with basic body/muscle strengthening, moving on to mind conditioning, helping the dancer feel, understand and learn the art better.

-strengthening and flexibility exercises to make you feel good by dancing.
-stretches will be taught to have a pain free learning.
-It will be 1 hour class with about 10 minutes warmups and rest
will be dancing and the theory class.
-classes are meant for children from age 5 and for adults.
