I believe in balance and that one should make the most of their time and effort in school to make their free time more enjoyable. Knowledge is so fun to acquire and share but it can only be done if focused. I like to focus in and get things done so that I can go enjoy and focus on my hobbies. I structure lessons after I've sat down with the child and learn their strengths and weaknesses. Then cater to both in a way that is efficient and effective. My lessons plans are structured toward each individual student. A typical day for a student would look something like this: talk through the day at school and high and low, go over assignments for day, week, and month. I'll then go and quickly structure our hour (s) for the day towards accomplishing the maximum while understanding the most simultaneously.
