Graduate from Cal State Fullerton with a BA in Child and Adolescent Development and Psychology. Credentialed K-12 teacher with experience in adult and alternative education.

I know Cali through a professional network of colleagues and friends who are dedicated educators in the Bay Area. Cali has shown multiple interests in aspiring students to reach their highest potential by displaying a positive attitude towards learning. After spending time with Cali, I feel motivated and re-energized in my own educational goals. I would especially highly recommend Cali as an educator who will bring out the passion for math for all ages of youth.

Cali is an exceptional mathematics tutor who brings both clarity and enthusiasm to every session. From the start, it was clear that his approach goes beyond simply teaching formulas—he focuses on building real understanding. He has a talent for breaking down even the most complex concepts into manageable, easy-to-follow steps, making topics that once felt overwhelming far more approachable.

What really sets Cali apart is his ability to adapt his teaching style to fit the student. He’s patient, thorough, and never rushes through material, ensuring that each concept fully clicks before moving on. At the same time, he keeps lessons engaging and surprisingly fun, which makes a huge difference when tackling challenging subjects.

I was originally referred to Cali by a mutual friend who spoke very highly of him, and he absolutely lived up to that recommendation. It’s clear why he’s so well regarded—he genuinely cares about his students’ progress and success.

If you’re looking for a tutor who combines deep knowledge, effective teaching methods, and an encouraging attitude, I would highly recommend Cali.
