Just listen to their students perspectives, think that how the teacher would have reacted as a student. Put themselves in students place, have fun sometimes, comprising study isn't a good thing but teachers should teach students how the world works not only bookish things help students to grow in life. Teacher is a second parent they spent a lot of time with students and they should connect with them.
