About Gabrielle
My name is Gabby, and I am very passionate about spreading the love and creation of music. I have been learning clarinet for 13 years now and continue to play it. I was able to complete my clarinet AMEB examination till grade 8.
Through my years of teaching I have learnt how to teach saxophone and the basics of guitar. I am currently a high school music teacher, meaning I understand the standard that students have to be in their performances.
During my lessons I always try to get to know my students and from there extend their capabilities. I believe that building a nourishing and safe environment is important where they are learning constantly.

About the lesson

During the lesson I will follow any band books given to the student. In addition to this, I will extend their skills further by giving them other pieces to work on. My lessons can range from 30 minutes - 1 hour depending on the level of the student. I have taught students from the year groups of year 3 to year 12.
