About Alexandra
As a second year teacher in Connecticut I have been able to work with a wide range of courses and ages. I currently offer tutoring to my own students and would like to extend my talents to the public.
I am also a former three sport high school athlete and college volleyball player that works with students to play their sport at the collegiate level.

My teaching style includes a hands-on learning approach to social studies. With a special focus on the skills necessary to becoming a successful student, working with me allows students to become successful in all of their classes. My lessons combine rigorous curriculum along with culturally relevant material.
I have experience in both inner-city and suburban school districts throughout CT and MA teaching grades 6-12. Classes taught include World History, U.S. History, Geography, Civics, and Social Justice.
