About Francine
I am a passionate and dedicated educator who believes that learning becomes more meaningful when students feel supported, motivated, and confident. As a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English graduate, I have developed the skills and experience needed to help learners improve their communication skills, academic performance, and overall confidence in learning.
I create a positive and comfortable learning environment where students are encouraged to ask questions, express their ideas, and learn at their own pace. My teaching approach focuses on clear explanations, engaging activities, and personalized strategies that match the learner’s needs and goals.

I believe that every student learns differently, so I adjust my teaching style based on each learner's needs and pace. My goal is to make lessons simple, engaging, and easy to understand by explaining concepts step by step. I encourage students to ask questions and create a comfortable learning environment where they feel confident to participate. As a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English graduate and an experienced teacher handling Nursery and Grade 2 learners, I understand how to explain lessons in a clear and patient manner. I create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. I focus not only on helping students achieve good grades but also on developing their confidence, critical thinking, and love for learning.
