About Eloise
I am a Politics graduate from Newcastle University, with an offer to pursue a Master's in Public Policy at University College London (UCL). I am passionate about sharing my strategies for success in GCSE English, a subject that can often seem overwhelming, but with the correct approach can be a far better experience. Despite not being predicted to achieve top gradeas in school, I was able to exceed my teachers' expectations through effective revision and learning strategies. With thisbackground, I am confident I can guide your child to achieve similar success. I understand the challenges students face and can provide the tools and strategies needed to overcome them, helping your child to reach their full potential and achieve their academic goals.

I achieved the highest score possible in both English Literature and English Language GCSEs (Grade 9), ranking among the highest achievers in my school. With this first-hand experience, I will guide your child to reach their full potential. The lessons will be fully tailored to each student's needs, focusing on areas that require improvement and strategies for maximising exam success. In our lessons we will cover writing and exam technique, content analysis, and revision strategies customised to the student's preferred learning style - something which schools often overlook as they focus on covering the syllabus. My goal is to equip students with the skills necessary to understand what examiners are looking for to achieve the highest grades. These strategies will not only be instrumental in your child's success in the English Language and English Literature, but will also benefit their performance in other subjects.
