About Lana
I am an academic with a Masters and Bachelors degree in Archaeology and Classics. I am passionate about history and love all things Archaeology, especially that of which involves animals!
On top of this, I am a keen writer who is currently half way through writing a 5 book fantasy series. Creativity and imagination is incredibly important to me. Thus, I feel everyone should have a chance to express themselves.
I am a kind and empathetic person who is keen to help people reach their full potential.

I tailor my lessons to everyone's individual needs. For the first session, there will be standard teaching in the form of work sheets and presentations, but the key aim of this lesson will be to get to know and understand what makes you learn. From here, I will create plans that I feel will make your learning fun and impactful, but I will always be open to your input on what helps you best.
Lessons will typically last between 30 minutes to an hour. However, alternative lengths can be discussed.
As well as two degrees, I have been a personal mentor to first year University students, and have some experience of teaching within primary schools. Thus, my lessons are for all ages.
