I love music and what it does for us on a personal level. If I can pass my knowledge on to others who want to harness their passion for this form of expression then that makes me happy. This is why I have taught music for half my life because of joy it gives others.

Holding a bachelor of teaching has allowed me a flexibility when it comes to teaching students with various skills, abilities and needs. This combined with my experience in performing with musical ensembles of various genres including rock, pop, orchestral, indie, alternative and musical theatre means I can cater to the musical interests of my students. This gives them the opportunity to use their creative talents in the musical field they hold the most interest in.
