About Ari
Hey, I'm Ari! I am a recent graduate of the North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA) with a BFA in Acting - the #2 undergrad program in the world.
I'm passionate about demystifying the college audition process, and sharing my knowledge with aspiring actors looking to study at a conservatory.

For college/HS auditions, we will select material that best showcases you and your range - ideally, we will build a repertoire of at least 2 comedic and 2 dramatic contemporary/classical monologues.
I will help break down a monologue into different beats, and establish a dramatic arc with your storytelling. I will coach you toward a compelling performance that you are confident to deliver consistently during audition season.
My approach encourages spontaneity, play, and relentless curiosity in my students' work - audition prep is a collaborative process, and I'm always excited to build the work and find the surprises together.
Additionally, I offer audition prep services for self-tapes - I will help break down a scene to identify what story we are trying to capture. We can also film during our session, review takes, I will offer feedback, and we can reshoot and adjust throughout the session.
