About Yvette
My career as an educator began six years ago when I earned an Associate of Arts and started working as a substitute teacher with students of all grade levels. I quickly transitioned to the position of Bilingual Paraprofessional with Orange County Public Schools and in my spare time, worked as an English tutor teaching students in Beijing, China. I recently completed a one year internship within an elementary school setting and now have a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Exceptional Education. I currently teach students online and in the classroom. I practice Universal Design for Learning Principles including ESOL strategies, and social emotional learning.
