I have been a nurse for 20 years working both inpatient and outpatient. Areas such as cardiology, procedural, cardiac MRI, charge, preceptor, mentor for new graduates and students. Leadership experience for 6 years, involved in onboarding including orientation goals and skills, education on new processes, equipment, and supplies. Provides in-services on education relevant to procedural cardiology and EKG interpretation, as well as cardiac disease processes at least monthly to staff
