About Katie
Hi, I’m Katie! I’m a friendly and enthusiastic English teacher from Ireland, currently living and teaching English in Malta. I graduated from the University of Limerick and have over three years of teaching experience. I’m passionate about travelling and experiencing different cultures, having lived in Canada, Iceland and Malta. I love meeting new people and helping students improve their English in a relaxed, enjoyable and supportive environment.

Learning English doesn’t have to be boring! My lessons are relaxed, interactive and tailored to each student. As an English teacher with over three years of experience and a graduate of the University of Limerick, I’ve worked with learners with different levels, goals and learning styles.
We can focus on whatever you need most — from improving your speaking and pronunciation to grammar, vocabulary, writing or preparing for an exam. I especially love helping students become more confident when speaking English. My aim is for you to leave every lesson feeling that you’ve learnt something useful and are one step closer to your goals!
