About Chantal
I graduated from Laurentian University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts Honors in Music and a Minor in History and Women's Studies. I furthered my education at the University of Ottawa, completing a Master of Arts in Music with a Specialization in Gender Studies in 2019. I am currently a Digital Alliances Archives Assistant and teach music lessons at a music school in the area. I have taught music lessons since 2011 and secured a contract for teaching grade 6/7 in 2022-2023, even though I am not certified with the Ontario College of Teachers. I may go to teachers college in the future but for now, I love teaching private music lessons. I have so much work experience: I was a record store manager, teaching assistant, classroom teacher, branch assistant and citizen service representative (Greater Sudbury Public Libraries), Customer service representative (Bank of Montreal), the list goes on!

I have worked with people of all ages (from 2 to 70+) teaching music lessons since 2011.
