About Denna
I am a creative person who loves writing and performing Spoken Word poetry, a life-long learner who is endlessly curious about the world and constantly asking 'why', a lover of music and art, and someone who believes that life is about the small things just as much as the big things.
I want to teach because I feel like I have a lot to offer and I have been thinking about teaching/mentoring for a few years now. Discovering this website has been the push that I needed to finally put myself out there. I feel like knowledge is power and it is much more beneficial when that power is shared.

Work from a strengths-based framework and personalised learning methodology, utilising my lived/living experience.
Lessons can range from 30-90 mins, depending on the individual's wants, needs and goals.
Bachelor of Social Work from Charles Sturt University (CSU), Diploma of Counselling from Estrada College, Certificate IV in Justice from Holmesglen Institute, Identifying and Responding to Family Violence from Chisholm Institute, and Course in Gender Equity from Chisholm Institute. Also my lived and living experience as I am currently working as a Mental Health Lived Experience Worker - Consumer (LEWC) at Latrobe Regional Health (LRH).
Lessons are for any person of any age who is interested in my offering.
