I am a passionate children's social worker, with experience working in family safeguarding and children looked after services. I have a passion in supporting the upcoming social workers, as I believe the role is extremely difficult and a supportive network really helps to establish your own practice.

Hi I'm Tshana, first off well done for taking the step to improve your knowledge around social work. During our hour online sessions, we will focus on using reflective practice to plan and complete your assignments and dissertation. I will support you to structure your work, and apply theories and legislation to your practice. Stuck in placement and real life examples? I can help to develop in time-management skills. Most importantly, these sessions are completely person-centred so if you have any specific support needs I am able to tailor our sessions to you!
