About Brady
I am a nursing tutor with a background as a Neonatal ICU nurse, where I developed a strong foundation in critical thinking, patient safety, and evidence-based care. Working in the NICU taught me the importance of attention to detail, prioritization, and truly understanding the “why” behind nursing interventions—skills I now bring into my tutoring. I genuinely enjoy continuing education and learning new things, and I love helping others grow in their knowledge and confidence. I understand how challenging and overwhelming nursing school can feel, and I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building their clinical reasoning skills. I approach tutoring with professionalism, patience, and encouragement, tailoring each session to the student’s goals and learning style. My goal is to help nursing students not only succeed academically, but also feel confident and prepared for exams, clinicals, and their future nursing practice.

I help nursing students move beyond memorization to truly understand nursing concepts and clinical reasoning. I break down complex topics into clear, manageable explanations and apply them to real clinical scenarios and exam questions. My goal is to build confidence, improve test performance, and help students think like nurses—both in school and in practice. Most importantly, I understand the stress and demands of nursing school and create a supportive learning environment. A typical lesson will include a check-in and review, concept focused teaching, clinical application, and practice questions.
