About Taylor
Taylor has been playing music over 10 years across a wide variety of instruments and styles. He attained his bachelor's in music education from UCLA, and is currently studying woodwind doubling at Montclair State University. His primary instrument is bassoon, while sax, flute, and clarinet are his strong secondaries. He has played in several ensembles encompassing classical, jazz, fusion, and Latin styles.

Hello! My priority as a teacher is to make the student sound the best version of themselves through the use of practice techniques and proven exercises surrounding tone and technique. A normal lesson with me will comprise of - review of previous material - contextualizing practice into current material or previous material. - use of techniques or practice methods to push forward. - room for questions or additional material My lessons are for beginner and intermediate musicians who want to take the extra step in their music making, be it all state groups, college auditions, or any general pursuit of music.
