My approach in the classroom is student-centered and interactive. I focus on creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels comfortable to express their ideas and ask questions. I use a mix of teaching methods such as explanation, discussion, and activity-based learning to make concepts clear and engaging.
I encourage participation, critical thinking, and collaboration among students. Regular assessments and feedback are used to track progress and help students improve. I also pay attention to individual learning needs and provide extra support where required. My aim is not only to complete the syllabus but also to build confidence, curiosity, and a strong understanding of the subject.
