About Dr Alfred
Alfred, Founder, and Chief Executive Director of Youth Social Press, a media NGO focused on youth development and social Justice; raising awareness about socio-economic, environmental, and political issues challenging African youth. Prior to establishing YSP, Alfred worked as an Educator and has a track record of over 20 years in driving individualised strategies for students and parents to improve learning. He is also an ICT in Education Specialist and previously worked as a Project facilitator at iSchoolAfrica, an Apple Education Division initiative aimed at empowering youth to success by bringing the best technology and classroom practices to township, rural and inclusive schools.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology, an Honours Bachelor of Education in Educational Management, and an Advance Certificate in Education in Computer-Integrated Education from the University of South Africa. He also holds a teaching Diploma in French language from Cape Coast University.
