About Lauralee
I encountered yoga while doing a college year in Lima, Peru. I discovered this practice and fell in love with it. I practiced every Sunday by the ocean when we could watch the sunset. There was a dream setting, of course, but it wasn't just that. Yoga gave me feelings and emotions that I had never seen before.
It was from there that I started practicing almost every day with love and gentleness.
Passionate about this practice and wishing to share the benefits it provides to others, I decided to become a teacher. I attach great importance to the happiness and well-being of others. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a smile on my face.

In my classes, it will be about you only. I would be there to offer you courses that suit you. They will be adapted to your level, your needs and your desires. I would be there to accompany you physically, mentally and emotionally.
I would teach you yoga with kindness, acceptance and joy. The point is to take a moment to give yourself pleasure, to be yourself and to listen to your body because these are things that we do very little today. Modern life leaves us very little time to take care of our mind and body.
Come take a few moments with me to find yourself and have a good time.
