About Rica
Hello! My name is Rica, and I’m passionate about helping students learn and grow. I have experience working with young children as a teaching assistant in a nursery school, where I developed patience, creativity, and the ability to make learning fun and engaging.
I want to teach because I believe every student has the potential to succeed with the right guidance and encouragement. My goal is to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, building confidence, and reaching their full potential.

My approach to private tutoring is to create a supportive, patient, and engaging learning environment where each student feels comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I believe every learner has a unique pace and learning style, so I adapt my teaching methods to meet their individual needs.
I focus on building a strong understanding of concepts rather than memorization, using interactive activities, positive reinforcement, and regular practice to help students gain confidence. I also communicate with parents when appropriate to provide updates on progress and areas for improvement.
My goal is not only to help students achieve good academic results but also to develop their confidence, curiosity, and love for learning.
