About Rafaela
Hello, my name is Rafaela and I am a Professional ballet dancer! As a passionate dancer with 12 years of professional ballet dancer career, working in important and very well-known theaters in Russia and Kazakhstan, dancing on tours all over the world, and with 3 years of teaching experience, I am confident that I possess the necessary skills to teach ballet, stretch or choreography and enthusiasm to contribute to your progress. Throughout my professional career, I have been able to experience a long list of repertoire on stage, dance many different roles and bring this knowledge to life, which has been helping me teach and coach children and adults who have the same passion I have for dance. I am graduated by Bolshoi Theater School in Brazil (2011) as a technician in Classical dance in “Vaganova’s” ballet Method, and a “Progressing Ballet Technique” certified teacher (all three levels) in 2022. I have also taught stretching and variation classes (group or individual classes) for teenagers and adults. My students have consistently praised me for my ability to explain complex techniques in an easy-to-understand manner. Beyond my teaching and performing abilities, I have communication skills. I speak three languages: Portuguese, English and Russian.

I teach Ballet, stretch, Yoga and “progressing ballet technique” classes. I love teaching private classes because this way I can pass my knowledge to the students a lot more clearly and I feel the connection between teacher and student, also I can see their progress very fast.
