About Luca
I have always admired the great masters of the sector and very often I have found strong discrepancies between what they know and what they can convey. Exaggeration? No, simple reality. Many talents in the sector are reluctant to teach what they really know or at most they do it in a vague way, for who knows what fear. What I want is to convey exactly what I would have liked to receive when I was a student in difficulty like many and I am talking about three simple things: skills, enhancement and understanding. As a former student I understand how stressful it can be not to feel in step with others, for this reason I want and believe I can teach everything you need to give that boost that is sometimes lacking but which is necessary in this sector, even at school.

I am a young boy, I have been working in the food and wine sector since I was 14. My approach to teaching is centered on developing the hunger for curiosity that drives a professional in the sector to stand out from the crowd. A good theory is the basis of a good practice and I am strongly convinced of this. I guarantee curiosities, historical and cultural anecdotes, tricks and experiences gained in almost 10 years of study, research and development in the field. Each student has different needs and each lesson can be customized according to their aptitudes and skills. Fun and learning are the basis of what I want to convey.
