About Tapan
I’m a U.S.-trained Gastroenterologist, originally from India, with over 15 years of clinical and academic experience. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, I currently serve as Professor and Head of the Department of Gastroenterology at a U.S. medical school. Having successfully navigated the transition from international medical education to the U.S. system, I specialize in mentoring foreign medical graduates for the USMLE. With a 100% success track record coaching students from India, Asia, and South America, I understand the exact mindset shifts, knowledge gaps, and strategies needed to excel.
