Material: Developed and delivered comprehensive math curriculum using materials such as Gaosi Mathematics (in Mandarin) and Learning Math and Olympic Math (in English).
Teaching Method
Designed differentiated groupings based on student abilities, including:
Level 1: Focus on improving academic scores in school.
Level 2: Aimed to help students achieve top rankings within their school.
Level 3: Extend student abilities to Olympic Math, preparing them for advanced competitions.
Promoted a love for math, creating an engaging and fun learning environment where students discover the magic of mathematics.
Implemented the "ladder" method, ensuring gradual progression in understanding, building confidence with simple concepts before tackling complex problems.
