About Diana
Hi! I’m a History graduate from the University of Benin and currently studying Social Work at a university in the UK. I’ve always loved helping others learn, especially when it comes to writing, understanding literature, or making sense of historical events. Tutoring gives me the chance to support students in a way that’s clear, encouraging, and focused on building real confidence. I know how overwhelming school or university work can feel, and I enjoy breaking it down into simple, manageable steps. Whether you’re preparing for exams or just want to improve your writing, I’m here to help you succeed at your own pace.

I employ a calm, student-focused approach, breaking down complex topics into simple steps and building confidence through discussion, examples, and practice exams. I tutor English Language, English Literature, and History (including African and post-colonial history). ️ Lessons are usually 1 hour, with 30-minute sessions available for quick support or writing feedback. I have a History degree from UNIBEN, and I'm currently studying Social Work in the UK. I have experience supporting both school-age and adult learners with essay writing, revision, and developing writing skills. I tutor GCSE, A-Level, and adult learners — including students preparing for exams, improving academic writing, or building general confidence.
